Santiago’s Painting crew and owner, Saul have got to be the hardest working people around! They did a beautiful job repairing some water damage and scraping and caulking the whole house and pergola getting it ready for painting and staining. My whole experience with Santiago’s Painting LLC was exceptional! Gigi was responsive throughout the whole process and was able to schedule a meeting right away to look at my house for a quote. She was also very prompt when giving me a quote. I was shopping around and the other companies I looked into did not give me a quote until I followed up with them after a week or so of no communication. Once we agreed on the quote, she was able to fit me in the schedule sooner than expected. Her crew was very punctual, and professional. They also left the place very clean after they were done each day. The work they did turned out great and their attention to detail was noticed throughout the house. Perhaps, what makes Santiago’s Painting LLC stand out from other companies though, was their customer centered practice. There was confusion on my end about the powder room. It was not included in the contract and I overlooked that. I spoke to Gigi and told her it was my fault and not to worry about it, I would just find the time to do it on my own, but Eric said he would do it anyway free of charge and came in to do it the very next day. It was such a kind act that did not go unnoticed! I will definitely be referring Santiago’s Painting LLC to anyone who is in search of a paint job. Their work speaks for itself! Thank you so much!

Santiago's Painting painted the exterior and interior of our home. The crew and the management team were all 5 star. The crew filled in holes, sanded rough areas, papered the flooring, and then painted everything from closets, to doors, to ceilings. The job was completed on time with excellent results. Transformative Work! We were very impressed by the team at Santiago's Painting. Our home was showing its age with the paint color fading and bleeding, and we had portions of our stucco beginning to bubble and fall off. We came up with a color scheme we wanted, gave them the Sherwin-Williams paint codes and they took it from there. Their crew took their time prepping our home power-washing the entire outside and patching the areas of stucco to blend in perfectly. They re-caulked the perimeters of all our windows, which had been replaced years ago, but the caulking had shrunk and created gaps for air and water to get through and around. They removed our outside lighting and downspouts to ensure the area behind them was painted and the entire downspout was painted evenly around. When they painted our garage door they removed the hardware and re-painted that as well, making it look brand new. They did a great job masking off the windows and areas around the house so that nothing else was splattered or sprayed. They also had a recommended contact to replace several broken concrete roof tiles we had and those repairs were excellent as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and have plans to use them next year to paint our entire fence and gates. Thank you Gigi and Saul!

Santiago's Painting just completed painting the exterior of our home. It looks incredible!! Before painting they covered the windows, stone work, walkways, patio, and even our cars that were inside the garage. They moved patio furniture and other items near the house out of the way prior to painting and moved them back afterwards. They also removed light fixtures and downspouts (also painted) prior to painting and replaced them when finished. They arrived early and stayed late each day in order to complete the job within a week. I highly recommend them. They are truly excellent!! 🙂

I almost hate to do this review because these guys are so awesome but I don’t want them to be too busy next time we need them 😂 Seriously, Gigi, Saul and their crew can’t be beat. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. The quality of their work is outstanding. The crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up at the end of every day, and worked so veypry hard. Every day someone was there for 10+ hours. And the guys really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We often heard laughter so they clearly love working together which was so refreshing. If you need your house painted, you can’t go wrong with Santiago’s.

If I could give Santiago Paining 10 stars I would. This is an amazing company. They came out quickly to give me an estimate to paint the inside and outside of the house. They worked around construction that was going on having to adjust their start times to make it work. Gigi was very helpful with color choices items. Santiago's painting did a great job at painting ALL of our house's interior. They followed our instruction, desired paint colors and sheen and worked overtime to get the job done over four and a half days. Gigi was very responsive returning my calls and questions. There was some dust we had to clean up afterward but I think that is to be expected. It was a big job and the results are beautiful!

Tremendous. We've been having a lot of work done on our house so we've seen good work and not. Santiago's earns a 6 out of 5. We requested a quote for painting most of the interior of our house. They were on site the next morning. We had a bid by end of day. Eight days after first contact, it was all done! I'm sure scheduling can vary but for us it worked out beyond our wildest imagination. What they got done on their first day blew our minds. Their team was friendly (with us and each other), thoughtful, organized, and thorough. The best.

My Moms house needed a fresh coat of paint and sealant, she also had issues with some of the exterior panels some of them needing replaced. Juan also mentioned that some important trim was missing that helps keep the moisture out after sealing. Juan was excellent and obviously knew his craft well. Juan and his team from start to finished did an outstanding job and his prices were good. They worked hard and always had our best interests at heart. Finally, a company in Reno that says what they are going to do and does it in a timely manner. Their communication is the best we have dealt with in Reno. Santiago Painting repaired our stucco and painted our home in September 2023 and it looks great. They started the job and stuck with it until it was complete. Don’t hesitate to use them!

Santiago's removed old wallpaper, smoothed the drywall and painted 2 rooms and a bath. Wonderful to work with. Floors covered thoroughly all the way out to the garage so there was NO washing glue off the floor. Walls are SO smooth and nicely painted. All the floor coverings and stripped wallpaper was removed rather than dumped in my trashcan. The start date was delayed by a snowstorm but they still finished by week's end. Gigi kept me updated about the schedule. The crew was respectful of my home and polite. I had wallpaper removed in 2 other rooms a year ago and this experience was 1000% percent better. We had our house painted last fall. From start to finish their work was excellent! Gigi called right away and came the same day to start a bid. Santiago painted our stairwell banister, it was a very complex and detailed job and I could not have been more impressed with them. It came out looking amazing and they didn’t accept our payment until we were completely satisfied with the job. When our HOA couldn't come up with a paint spec and color Gigi went out of her way to figure it out and match the previous color. I have painted two houses myself and this company does an outstanding job. It's all about the prep. They put six people on the job and worked long long days to get the job done with outstanding results. Gigi does a great job of communicating via text and email.
